Shipment:

I offer standard shipment with the tracking code provided.

 It takes 1-3 business days to prepare the order for the shipment.

Delivery time varies - depends on your location. Please always ask, if it is important for you. I will provide you with estimated time.

Also URGENT shipment is sure possible - please do contact me, if it is needed.

Customs or other taxes are on the client side.

I do my best to ship you the garment ASAP, but please understand that when the parcel is shipped – the shipment process doesn‘t longer depend on me. But i will do my best in the way i can if any questions.

Returns and customs:

In case that you want to return the garment, it must be in informed within 7 days after delivery. 

Only agreed returns are acceptable.

Accepted returns must be shipped within 14 after delivery. 

Unclaimed parcels/orders are not refunded.

Upon the return of the shipment from non EU countries, a declaration will be required, so an additional invoice for broker services will be provided.
Due to shop policies all tax duties and customs taxes are on the buyer side.
