Every piece is knitted in Lithuania and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. We work Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends or Lithuanian public holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The rate depends on the size of the item, so chunky knits cost a little more than lightweight pieces.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier handling the parcel, and is outside our control.

Choosing an Omniva parcel machine. Omniva parcel machine delivery is available in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Please note that you cannot pick a specific parcel machine at checkout. We will send your parcel to the machine closest to the address you give us. If you would prefer a particular parcel machine, email us at info@agdesign.lt after placing your order and we will send it there.

Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
